The Health Products Regulatory Authority (HPRA) Patient Forum was established in 2019 to input into the development of HPRAs next strategic plan. The group met for the first time, virtually, in September 2020 to discuss the future operation and functioning of the Forum. The idea is to develop the forum into a permanent mechanism for partnering with patients to inform the work of HPRA. The HPRA has provided a description of the proposed role to Patient Forum members.
