The Patient and Family Experience Advisory Council was established in May 2019 and patient experience advisors are recruited to sit on a number of hospital committees.

The MUH Patient Information Booklet was developed in collaboration with the patient experience advisors.

Staff education on engaging with patients and families is mandatory, and the training is developed and delivered collaboratively with patient experience advisors.
