The Sligo University Hospital Patient Engagement Forum was established in 2018. The Forum plays an important role in helping the hospital shape what we do and how we do it. The Forum meets quarterly.
The Sligo University Hospital Patient Engagement Forum comprises of 10-12 public and/or patient representatives. All representatives must have been a service user within the past 2 years or have attended the service with a family member on a frequent basis. Public and/or patient representatives were appointed following a public advertisement process.
